Help!

Do you need help with any of these things, let us know?

  • I have a question about my script, what should I do?

    • If you already are a member, then go to slack and write me a direct message or ask the community.

    • If you are not a member, send your question to our email Jo@thefirstscript.com. Make sure not to attach any documents!

  • I am a new member and can’t access slack.

    • Send us an email with the email that you want to use with Slack we will add you to our Slack Channels with a welcome message.

    • Make sure to check Spam folders.

    • Make sure to download the App here for your desktop/phone.

  • I need to schedule my 1:1, how do I do that?

    • In our slack channel, there are pinned links that use the scheduling one to sign up or your 1:1.

  • What if the times for my 1:1 don’t work for me?

    • Write to me on Slack and we can find time that works best.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    • Of course, if at any point you don’t need us, go ahead and send us an email so we can cancel the membership.

    • NOTE: If you come back to the membership after cancelling and prices have changed (increased or decreased) the membership will begin with the new price.

  • Can I pause my membership?

    • Of course, the only thing that we will need is the date that you wish to return so we can schedule it automatically.
